Q:How many days for the production time?

A: Generally speaking, it will take 15-20 days for big production basic on the quantities.sample time about 5-7 days.

Q：What is the minimum number I can order?

A：150 pieces one color one design in mixed sizes, but For new start-up customers, we could support MOQ 100 pieces one color one design in mixed sizes.

Q:Can I request a FREE sample?

A: Yes, if you would a FREE SAMPLE, we will make the ship about 1-2 days, Most samples will have a random imprint. and just need to pay the shipping cost.

Q:What are your price terms?

A:We usually offer EX Work price, FOB or CIF price terms which is valid for 30 days.

Q:How do I send the design to you?

A:We prefer you send AI files but we also accept EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files. Please send high-resolution files to create the best imprint. We will send you a free artwork proof via email that must be approved by you before your order is sent to production.
